In the midst of all the chaos going on right now, one voice in the many that I heard had the message that “Joy is Strategic.” How can we each use joy to help us get through the ups and downs that we are facing. In addition, can we use connection and joy to help move us forward. Joy can and must be part of our resistance toolkit.

Decluttering
It’s that time of the year when decluttering is all the rage, but what if true decluttering is more than getting rid of excess stuff? Internal decluttering is even harder and more rewarding than making the house look neater. Digging down deep as to why and how you’ve managed to accumulate all your stuff is equally important.
